Franklin Delano Willis, 87, a long time resident of Paradise, Ca, passed away on March 27th, 2020 from Pneumonia and a long battle with Alzheimer's disease at his care facility in Lodi, Ca with his loving wife of 63 years by his side. Franklin is survived by his wife Jackie K. Willis, 2 Daughters (Patti Baird and Wendy Blevins) and 4 Grandchildren (Sabrina Winterburn, Shalyn Blevins, Kyle Blevins, and Shawn Baird). Franklin also had 3 Great Grabndchildren (Katelyn Phillips and twins Jayden & Jordan Beattie). Because of the Corona Virus, Regular graveside services are not possible. We (the family) ask that you say the Lords Prayer instead.
