Arbie Dulene Martin age 94, entered into her eternal rest on July 27, 2009 in Marysville, CA. She was born in New Hope, Arkansas and lived 20+ years in the Yuba-Sutter area. Arbie did a number of things in her lifetime, but to her family she will be remembered as a loving wife for nearly 50 years to her husband, Aubrey, and as a loving mother and grandmother. She was also known as a great cook and an accomplished quilter. Arbie is survived by her daughters; Jean Murray of Charlotte, NC and Kathy Connolly of Olivehurst, CA, and by her sisters; Lois Turpen of Olivehurst, CA and Eva Lee Watson of Cottage Grove, OR. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey, and by a son, Raymond. At the family's request there will be no funeral service. Arbie's final resting place will be Mission Memorial Park in Seaside, CA. The family encourages people to make memorial contributions to the American Lung Association or to any charity of their choice in lieu of sending flowers.
