Helen Jean Roper, 86, passed away April 30, 2022. She was born and raised in Ashland, Maine.
She worked at Peggy's Beauty Salon in the 1960's, the Gallery of Coiffures in the 1980's, was owner of an ice cream/yogurt shop in Sacramento and cooked at Yuba City High School during the 1990's.
Helen enjoyed Zumba dance classes with her girlfriends, walking daily, playing with her cats and gardening until her passing.
She is survived by three sons, Roy, Dave, and Terry, a grandson Tucker and many family and friends around the country. She is preceded in death by her son Michael.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
