Howard was a strong, quiet man. His passion in life was his wife, Paula, daughter, Jill, and son-in-law, Wayne. Family and friends were so important to him. He had a love of flying and golfing and was happiest when doing them.
Even though he was quiet on the outside, inside he had great passion for the
people and things he loved. Quick to help anyone in need, he was giving, caring and had a heart of gold. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Graveside services will be held at Sierra View Memorial Park on November 17, 2021 at 10:00 A.M
